Sometimes things just don’t seem to work out. You’re trying to break away from the path everyone’s forcing you to take. They teach you to say no, but you can’t use it on them. They’re all lined up to give you advice, but you now know its mostly for their own gain. Sometimes you need to just nod your head, turn around, and do you own thing.
Started work on a new ad with Anup, and while its still quite experimental, it looks kick ass. Show’s a whole new frontier of the city skies.
Was in Goa last week to celebrate Sao Jao along with the locals. While that didn’t quite work out, I did manage to get some quirky shots elsewhere. This one’s below the bridge at Miramar beach. Reminds me of a guitar fretboard, taking the term air guitar to an all new level.
So I got last minute call to do a location shoot for Jean Claude Biguine in Bangalore. They opened their second outlet in Phoenix market city, Whitefield. Took it up as the original photographer couldn’t make it, and ditched on the actual day of the shoot. Was quite a learning curve since they had the whole ceiling covered with lights, and glass/reflections all over.
This was my favourite spot at the 100ft boutique hotel in Indiranagar. Just next to the entrance, its has these empty bottles lined up on a wall that isolates you from the rest of the hotel.
I just expanded my range of photography to architecture the last month. I got to shoot the interiors and exteriors of 100ft boutique hotel, located on 100ft road in Indiranagar.
