The bride getting her bridal mehndi done
I was busy shooting the venue the first half of the bridal mehndi. Was lucky enough to reach in time for the second bits on the hand, plus the legs. I need to note down this mehndi artists name. One of the fastest, and efficient mehndi artists I’ve met.
Wedding welcome party, the big fat indian wedding stlye
Ankita and Akshaye’s wedding was the epitome of the big fat Indian wedding. Spread over 3 days at the Golden Palms resort in Bangalore, it was a heady mix of culture, music, dance and emotions.
Sapna & Nithin, a short and sweet south Indian wedding
Sapna & Nithin happen to be the sweetest couple I’d shot till then. Completely down to earth, and with a smile all the time. The parents were just as sweet. One south Indian wedding I’ll never forget.
Sapna’s bridal makeup for the wedding day
Shooting the bridal makeup for the wedding day was never my strength. Claude or Anup used to always shoot the bride, while I shoot the groom. Hence the lack of experience. This time though, I was included in the bridal makeup shoot since the groom didn’t want any pics of him getting ready.
Amitha and Anup’s couple shoot at the Vivanta by Taj
My first ever couple shoot. It was nerve wracking. And I must’ve been quite an actor to not show it. Couple shoots, till then, was stuff I only got too as the final product. Actually shooting one, I learnt, is a different ball game. And my inexperience in communication gave me away a little. But at the end of the day, I think the pictures came out pretty well.
Shreya and Nikshep, engagement photos at ITC Gardenia
This being only the engagement of the couple, they didn’t want any picture of them getting ready. Did manage to get some decent engagement photos of them being candid with their friends and relatives though. The actual event was done in a minute, so not too many photos of that.

The couple, Preeth and Jim enjoying a light moment a butterfly quietly goes about its work beautifying the world. Shot at my secret location in the Bolivarian Republic of Banaswadi, with the awesome Claude Loren.
